Massachusetts to offer replacement IFTA Decals:
The MA Dept of Revenue will reissue decals to the motor carriers per request of decal holder. The original issued decals have been determined as defective as they have faded and become hard to read.

The MassDOT Truck Permit Office is Moving
As of July 16, 2012, the MassDOT Truck Permit Department, located at 14 Beach Street, Milford, Massachusetts will be moving to 668 South Avenue, Weston, Massachusetts (this is the former Massachusetts Turnpike Permit Office).

The new fax number will be 781-431-5014
The hours of Operation will be Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please be advised that MassDOT will only accept payment by check at this location.
