A time of crisis is not the time to be asking yourself critical questions such as, ‘How long would it take to get our systems back up and running if they went down in a disaster?’ Regularly testing your disaster readiness is the best way to be prepared for any situation. Yet, not enough financial institutions – particularly those that are small to medium-sized – take the time to do so. That in itself can be a disaster.
