The Client Advocate Associate plays a crucial role on our team here at Deland, Gibson. In this role, you will work with a team to provide tremendous service to our clients. The goal of this role is to learn all aspects of insurance to find a position that is the best fit.
What you'll do:
· Be a sponge – strive for leading-edge knowledge of all agency verticals
· Provide clients with industry-leading customer experience
· Work with a team of 9 and do whatever is needed to get the job done – have a “can-do” attitude!
· Assistwith Certificates of Insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client paperwork needs
· Learn and master our CRM System – Applied EPIC
· Communicate with carriers via phone and email to problem solve
