The transaction took place on December 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2020 and the terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dickey Insurance Agency\u2019s roots were established in the 1940\u2019s in Brewster, Massachusetts. A family run business for over 80 years, Ron and Jane Remy grew the business from their Dennis Port location at 610 Main Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ron and Jane Remy are excited to partner with Deland, Gibson to offer more products and services to their customers while maintaining the family business pride and high level of service customers have come to expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#007b3b\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u201cWe are thrilled to establish a presence in Dennis Port.
