This cartoon video is an inside joke for the insurance industry. This may not be interesting to anyone outside the insurance world but it somewhat accurately shows the stereotypical relationship between sales staff and underwriting. 

Unfortunately this also resembles some consumers who seek quotes based on pricing alone without understanding the company’s point of view.
